100% 25 yr old dry farmed, own-rooted Pinot Gris from our main vineyard source, sitting at 800ft in the coastal foothills of the Willamette Valley. Wine was cold pressed on stems directly into old barrels with no settling. Wine was racked to tank for bottling with an SO2 addition of 18ppm and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
