Our first meal with be with Chefs Daniel Green and Amy Barrett of Little by Little.
Daniel’s career spans some of the most delicious and thoughtful restaurants in both New York and Portland, including Estela (New York), Ava Genes, Cicoria, Cafe Olli and most recently, Bauman's on Oak, where he was awarded Best New Restaurant by Eater in 2024.
In addition to this, Daniel has spent time with Alice Waters at the Rome Sustainable Food Project, and manages an apple orchid and cidery on Sauvie Island with his fiancé and co-chef Amy, who is currently in the kitchen at Soen in downtown Portland.
Recently returned from their travels in Japan, (Amy's home country), expect a seafood heavy menu focusing on our white and sparkling wines, with a gem or two from some of our favorites thrown in for good measure.
