Vineyard(s): Three sites currently go into Sunny Side: Two from the North Plains that we farm ourselves with organic practices, including a variety of cover crops such as native flowers, edible greens and root vegetables. The third is Chehalem Mountains and is farmed organically in collaboration with the owners

Fermentation: Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc co-fermented in foudre, dug out and pressed back to foudre with 228 LT barrels of Sauvignon Blanc blended back before bottling

Our Grapes

Our vineyards are managed with regenerative practices, which blend multiple farming ideologies, but can easily be defined as “organic +”. We are invested in making not only the fruit and resulting wines as healthful and alive as possible, but also extending this way of being to the communities and land where our fruit is grown and farmed.



The only things that go into Marigny wines are hand harvested grapes, ambient yeast, and time. A very small amount of SO2 (sulfites) are added after fermentation to protect the wine as it moves from the winery to the bottle.



All bottles are 750ML and weigh approximately 4lbs.


Storage Instructions

These wines are for enjoying but, in-between enjoyings, they should be stored in a cellar-like environment of around 55° to 60°.

Some of us like to toss a bottle or two in the fridge for 20 - 25 minutes before serving. But don't leave it in the fridge too long though, over chilling can mute the delightful flavor profile.
