The Marigny
2021 New New Pinot Noir Nouveau

Taste/Feel: Having "We Are the Champions" play in your head after an amazing win. Strawberries, raspberries, cranberries. The smell of spring in the fall. The smell of fall as it goes into winter. Good flannel.
Vineyard: Organically-certified Pinot Noir from the northern Willamette Valley at 500 ft elevation.
Fermentation: Whole cluster carbonic fermentation in a concrete cube. Dug out and pressed back to that same concrete tank where the juice finished fermentation. Fermented on gross lees and never racked until bottling.

Storage Instructions
Storage Instructions
These wines are for enjoying but, inbetween enjoyings, they should be stored in a cellar like environment at around 55°
For varietals you enjoy chilled, toss them in the fridge for 30-45 minutes before you pop the top, but don't leave them in the fridge too long, over chilling can mute the flavor profile.
