Pinot Gris Pet Nat (Skin Contact)

In 2018 we hand bottled a small amount of three different Pet Nat's: Pinot Noir, direct press Pinot Gris and a skin contact Pinot Gris. These wines are all very long triage (four years) and have no added SO2 (sulfur). We learned a lot from this project and it's fairly likely we will not repeat it, so we encourage you to add these into your shipment before they are gone forever.

Organically-farmed, super high elevation (1000ft alt) Pinot Gris, pressed directly to stainless, bottled at 20 grams per liter sugar and disgorged four years later. The wine reveals things like lemon brioche with powdered sugar, grassy fields and Serve with roast chicken and leeks, turkey and cranberry sandwiches and apple crisp.
