Pinot Noir Carbonic Maceration

Forever and ever THE MARIGNY WINE. Light but lasting, fruity yet savory, this wine rides the line between “Glou Glou” and classic Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. Serve it with a slight chill and let the good times roll. 

Taste: Ocean Spray Cranberry, Strawberry Kool-Aid, cherry cough drops, fresh arugula 

Fruit: Organically-farmed Pinot Noir (50% certified, 50% without certification) 

Vinification: Full carbonic and semi-carbonic fermentations in stainless steel for 7 - 14 days, with juice going dry in tank and being moved to barrel after for élevage.
