2023 White Ferrari

We don’t often think about ourselves as being influenced by Italian wine that often, but when we started bottling skin contact Sav Blanc in 2021, it just seemed to conjure the spirit of cantaloupes wrapped in prosciutto, fast cars and of course, a certain sex appeal in song. 

Vinification: Although this varies from vintage to vintage, this particular wine was fermented on skins in large wooden vat for one month, pressed off and sent to 228LT neutral barrels for 11 months. Racked into stainless and bottled as with all our wines, unfined and unfiltered.
